All the weapons deal more damage outside of Hellraid. In addition to this, all the weapons have 200 durability and 4 repairs. All Hellraid weapons purchased at The Tower are of gold rarity, even those weapons which are of white rarity in Hellraid itself. All enemies are always marked with the red enemy arrows like Virals and special infected in the normal game.If exiting Hellraid to Harran, you will emerge at 12:00. The time is always set to 12:00 midday while in Hellraid. One new outfit was also made available at Hellraid level 10. Unlike the weapons, these can't be purchased using Hellraid coins outside of the DLC. In addition to the weapons, various new equipment were introduced exclusively for Hellraid. By increasing your Hellraid level, you can unlock more weapons to purchase from a chest next to the arcade machine in The Tower. Hellraid comes with a total of 16 new weapons to use, of which all but one can be purchased in the main game using Hellraid Coins accumulated by looting the dungeon as you go through it. After the final wave is done, Lucius teleports the player back to their dungeon where the player needs to await further instructions from Lucius. When the three coffers are presented onto an altar, the altar is pressed and where the coffers once stood the altar gives a Corrupted Justice bow, which the player needs to use in order to fight the enemies that appear after the bow is collected. In this quest the player is to find three coffers by searching the rooms, with enemies being more aggressive than the first time the player visited (Lucius says that Anet is onto their intention to find the coffers and therefore sends more powerful minions). Third and currently final instalment of the quest line gives the player the task to return to the first dungeon (same as Clavis Stones), but this time the rooms react different. When the player destroys both crystals and returns to Lucius, they are both teleported in an old dungeon inside the temple where the player can train, trade and stash his items, play Raid mode and play the quest line further. When the player arrives to the crystals, there are swarms of zombies which do not stop to arrive until the crystal in the room is destroyed and deactivated. The crystals need to be destroyed for Lucius to be set free. The second part of the quest line leads the player to Lucius, who is trapped by two crystals. After the Minotaur and other monsters are dealt with, Lucius opens up a portal for the player to leave the first level. In the final wave a Minotaur enters the arena. When the player collects all three stones, there are 5 waves of enemies to fight. Collecting the stones is pretty straightforward, hacking and slashing through hordes of skeletons and zombies down to the last level. The update also introduces changes to in-game animations, improved minimap functionality, inventory management, and more. When the player enters the console he is spawned in a dungeon and a mysterious entity named Lucius starts talking with the player, explaining to him that he must collect three Clavis stones, which are visible once the player leaves the first room. Story Mode will sit alongside the pre-existing Raid Mode, which will still be accessible after completing the new narrative prologue.įurthermore, the content drop overhauls the game’s lighting system and adds additional environmental sounds that dramatically enhance the tone and atmosphere of the game. To assist them on their quest, players will be able to wield Hellraid’s first-ever ranged weapon, Corrupted Justice – an ornate and powerful bow, in addition to getting their hands on Bonecruncher – a heavyweight and formidable Two-Handed Hammer. It is comprised of three new quests – Clavis Stone, Imprisoned and Beneath Seals, all available in co-op mode – new locations and a fearsome new shield-bearing skeleton enemy, that will require a fresh offensive strategy from players. The story sees players venture deep into the demon-infested bowels of Ba’al’s Temple to rescue Lucius, a mysterious and powerful mage from captivity. The update will be available for all platforms today. After the release of the Hellraid DLC earlier this year, a new content expansion is set to expand its scope even further with a new Story Mode, new areas, weapons, and a number of visual and technical enhancements to the dungeon-slasher experience. Developer Techland might be gearing up to launch the anticipated sequel title to Dying Light, but that doesn’t mean it’s finished supporting the original game.
